"All good and very efficient. I had a small room for 1 person and it was a very short stay. Brilliant location directly opposite the railway station if this is a factor for you. Great value."

"I booked this hotel as we went to the North East Dog festival to compete in one of the dog shows and this was the only hotel that allowed dogs. Absolutely wonderful staff and lovely to our dog. They didnt have their usual dog bowls due an order issue but provided alternatives. We could sit for breakfast in a designated area with our dog which was very helpful. They were fab would highly reccomend"

"Staff very professional and attentive, the room itself was immaculate! Great vibe in the bar. We were there as a big party with the bridal party, and mother/father of both the bride and groom, as well as many close family friends. We all had an amazing time. Highly recommend!"
