"Had never stayed at Ullr before but have walked past it 100 times and eaten at the restaurant. Decided to take my son and his girlfriend along as
a last minute weekend trip and opted to stay here as it fit the budget. The 2 bedroom suite was fabulous - much better than the photos and the bathroom looks like it’s a brand new refurbishment. The beds were absolute luxury.
The only drawback is the noise of footsteps on the staircase and above. Didn’t bother me that much.

"My 5 year old daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic stay here. Great accommodation and service. Awesome views and close to bus stop for lift to snow fields. Never waited more than 5 mins for the bus. 5 min walk to centre of Thredbo. Would definately return. "

"Great cosy place to stay, loved the older style, it had everything available and was clean , bus stop right out the front. Beautiful view of mountain. Beds were very comfy. "The people are their biggest asset. Our car (AWD) was stuck in the car park due to overnight snow. The team members helped us out getting shovels, removing the snow in the path to the road and got our car out. They didn't need to do, they wanted to help. Thanks a lot team Snowy Gums"

Great for snow season as they have free drying room, free hot dryers and snowboard/ski storage downstairs, which makes it super convenient and more comfortable for us overall. Great location as well because it is a few minutes walk away from the shops.
Would recommend the lake view rooms, the view is gorgeous!
