The hotel itself, its location, and cleanliness were acceptable. However, we experienced several issues with the service and communication.
The staff provided incorrect information regarding the tea service; we were told it was free, but later we were charged, and informed that only hot water is free. In addition, the room key cards needed to be updated at the reception every day after returning late, which was inconvenient.
At night, the receptionist had very limited English and asked us to speak Spanish, which made communication difficult. The most serious issue, however, is related to the invoice. We forgot to request it at checkout, and although we emailed the hotel afterward, we have not received any response for more than 10 days despite several follow-ups. When we called, we were asked to send the request again, but still there has been no reply.
For comparison, we contacted another hotel (Nadal Hotel) and they responded immediately and professionally, which highlighted the lack of responsiveness here
