This is such a well run hotel and every staff member from the cleaning crew, to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the ski valets are just wonderful. Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The rooms have everything you need. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the kitchens well appointed. There are very few hotels I’ve ever been keen to return to in my travels, but this is definitely one we’ll return to when we visit Hokkaido again. Thank you!
We did not drive so we did not visit the near by town. The hotels food was delicious. Dinner was cheap but the breakfast was a little pricey.

This ryokan was wonderful. The service was excellent and location to Niseko Annapuri was a bonus. First the ryokan. Positives were the large onsen, attentive staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The Kaiseki was delicious with a good variety. In comparison to other kaiseki menus we had in Hokkaido, this was tops for us. Only negatives was the rooms were a bit dated. "Shared bathroom" means the room had a toilet and sink, but now shower. But then again there was the great onsen. The website said...

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...
We were a bit concerned about the location, as we had no car, but the owners were kind enough to pick us up and return is to Toya train station. And we were glad we decided to stay at the hotel.
Room was spacious, overlooking the lake (though fireworks are remote) and with a good bed.
Breakfast was nice, though western style. We also ordered some things for dinner. Reasonable pricing and tasty.
