"There is no airport shuttle, breakfast was minimal, but good for 10 euro. The room was nice, spacious, and I had a little balcony with lots of natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no late checkout. Decent location, just a 10-15 minute walk to where there are lots of restaurants."

Excellent location for the airport, right next door to the mall, friendly staff, one of the best and cleanest hotels Ive stayed in. The only downside was the package, I went for the Free Minibar.. and this had only 1 bottle of water, small juice and a soda water.... not really a mini bar package..
My husband and I added Bulgaria to our honeymoon last minute and weren’t expecting much. We arrived exhausted at 6am via bus and were greeted with excellent service at thus hotel! We were able to check in several hours early for a fee and enjoy a complimentary and delicious breakfast. The staff was lovely and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!
This property, although not close to the City Center was just amazing! The beds were so comfortable, the staff was super friendly and the vibes were simply the best!!! I will definitely stay here again!
Good location. Walking distance to Metro which can get you in to city center for 1.6 leva. Room had nice bathroom with complete shower stall. Front desk efficient. Room surfaces clean. Great hotel by Eastern Europe standards.

This is by far the best hotel in Sofia. It is very central, clean and good service. I did notice the doorman or bellman does not open the door for you if if he is right there.
