The staff was wonderful, helped us to our room with heavy luggage, tended to our needs, amazing breakfast and really a beautiful historical place in India - I wished I could have stayed longer there.
this is a new standard in hotel hospitality for us. It will be memorable for all of the right reasons. I saw a video on Instagram from a vlogger who was at the hotel during the off season. He was raving about the incredible service and the affordability. So, we decided to try it out. We booked a Palace suite with half board (breakfast and either lunch or dinner). I also cashed in some hotel points that made this a laughably cheap stay for us. When we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to a...
Where do we start ? The stay at Taj Amer was above and beyond our expectations. Truly Incredible property with the nicest staff. As guests we were treated exceptionally, plus the food was delicious!!!
An unparalleled royal and luxurious experience awaits you from the moment you enter, where you will be treated with utmost respect and dignity. The exceptional hospitality throughout our stay made it truly unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, Robin and Rahul at the reception diligently attended to our every need and special request. They ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Saurabh and Naresh provided exceptional service during dinner, while Sagar and Jasmine were...
This is a beautiful place. It is quite outside the city, though. It is extremely quiet and has very nice scenery. The service is the type is offered to celebrities. The reception staff are extremely professional and helpful and, most importantly, trustworthy. They try to protect you and will alert you if you are being taken advantage while paying for local activities and other shopping services. The chef is one of the best chefs that I happen to know. He comes to your room each night to discuss...
Other reviews knocked points for the location, which is outside Jaipur city, but since we had a car and driver this was no matter to us. It proved a quiet respite from the hectic city and a truly wonderful experience. Certainly one of the best hotels throughout our say in India. Hesitant to write this review only because I hope for it to remain a hidden gem but too good not to share. Thank you, Umaid Haveli staff.
The hotel decoration is amazing, worthy of a decoration magazine. Staff helpful, food in the restaurant very good, the gift shop has good souvenirs and jewelry. The patio is amazing, gorgeous and perfect to have a glass of wine before dinner with a bonfire. I think the photos online do not make justice to how beautiful it is. Rooms are clean. Centrally located.
I would definitely recommend it. We did not want to leave.
I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3
Simply one of the best stays I’ve experienced. Not just in India but in any country. If you like boutique hotels this is the boutiquey est. can’t recommend it enough.
Very quaint and beautiful unique hotel, staff is extremely friendly come on nice and helpful. We even got to say hello to the owners and enjoy the beautiful garden in the front. Each room is unique and well furnished and well maintained. This hotel is definitely a gem. We strongly recommend, we lived here for five days and we're very happy.
Beautiful historic and unique property for the adventurous traveler. The haveli is family run and the warmth and care of the staff is exceptional. Rooftop dining and traditional puppet show are one of a kind experience, and the food is among the best we had in India. Dhan Singh and colleagues took excellent care of us, even walking our bags to the main road at 430 am for the trip to the airport.
