"I feel very disappointed with the management. Tried to reach them so many times via calls and messages before the checkin. No one reached to me regarding how to checkin and etc. On the day, i reached at 3pm and tried to call again, but still out of coverage and one is nonvalid! Why you put numbers that cant be called? "Enjoyed three relaxing nights at M Social. My ocean view room was great, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of delicious vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet. However, as a retired woman traveling alone, I found the resort on the quiet side, with all activities a Grab ride away. I'd recommend it for families, though: lots of happy kids in the pool."
