"The 3BR Villa was nice and spacious but had maintenance issues. The flooring was uneven and creaky, and when we checked in late afternoon/early evening the air conditioning in the master bedroom and main living room were not functional. After maintenance worked on it for an hour the bedroom AC was working but not at full capacity, and the living room AC couldn't be fixed. The bedroom temperature wasn't comfortable until after 11PM. This caused a fair bit of inconvenience and discomfort, we had young children who had trouble sleeping due to the heat. The living room AC wasn't able to be fixed during our stay. Management was responsive, apologetic, and helpful but at the end of the day wasn't able to offer us an agreeable solution to compensate for not providing a villa in full working condition. They offered to change to an equivalent villa after 2 nights, we declined as it meant packing and unpacking for 9 people. After a lot of back and forth the best they could do for us was various resort credits and services with a total face value of about $150CAD. This was a pretty small amount compared to the rate of the villa. Other than that the property was quite pleasant."

"Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue.

"The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"
