"I have to say that i was super impressed with the quick check-in and check-out, and everything in the room. My only complaint would be that the curtains are not room darkening. But everything else was perfect. "
"The room was excellent. The only issue was that there was a lot of empty beer bottles on outside picnic tables and dirty breakfast dishes from the early breakfast eaters just sitting on the tables. Seems like the hotel should have someone picking those up or provide places for guests to place them (bin or cart) for later disposal."

"Lovely hotel. Modern, very spacious room. 30min walk from the square. The staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the peace and quiet and surrounded by the parks so very pleasant walk. Had a meal in the bar first night and nice, chilled atmosphere and the food was good, just a pizza and Nachos nut was all we needed.
Used the swimming pool a vouple of times to relax inbetwedn all the walking. It was one of the main readons for choosing the hotel and we were not disappointed. Only minor thing no way of drying your swimwear. A dryer machine like in the UK would be good to have.
We also used the coffee corner a couple of times but having a decaff alternative would be handy. Small supermarket next door which was handy.
Would stay again. Loved Krakow and will return."
