The staff were excellent. The location was excellent. Their dinner tasting menu was the best I have ever had. The ambience of the dining room was sort of depressing… I think more ambient lighting would help. It was glimmering. However the excellent service and food made up for it. I did not use any of the spa amenities but they looked lovely. The lighting to our room was very dull as well. I think the hotel could improve on its ambience. But overall our experience was excellent. The service and staff were wonderful.

Good location in the Old City. But overall stay was uninspiring - rooms are tired, air conditioning did not work well, staff were generally unhelpful, breakfast was overpriced. No bar / common areas. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Vi havde 5 overnatninger. 2 ting der ikke var godt. Vores udsugning på badeværelset virkede ikke og WiFi var fuldstændig håbløst. Og så til det gode. Beliggenhed i gå afstand til centrum og seværdigheder. Frisklavet morgenmad man vælger fra menukort. Tagterrasse med udsigt til Wawel slottet. Pool i kælderen.

Mathew at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He helped research transportation options to/from Auschwitz and made valuable suggestions as it was our first time in Poland. The property is on a quiet street yet within comfortable walking distance of Wawel Castle and Market Square. The room was absolutely gorgeous as was the rest of the hotel. We used the sauna/pool and rooftop patio. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast one morning.

I have never had a more pleasant experience here. The staff at this establishment is incredible and genuinely take pride in their hospitality of their guests. I highly recommend the restaurant here as well. We had exceptional food and the knowledge from the staff educating us on our choices was perfect. We loved the room as it was always very clean and the staff that cleaned our room took care of every detail. The breakfast was also exceptional and I have to say that the staff here was wonderful and just so friendly to us. I have nothing bad to say and happily recommend this hotel!!!!
