A great place to stay very close to the railway station and the old town. It is in a beautiful old building and the room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only criticism I would make is it was difficult to find as the building is used by other businesses and it wasn't clear where the entrance to the hotel was, however, we would definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Kraków.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The room was massive, the accessible food hall with breakfast lunch and dinner available was great. Located in a great complex with access to a small market for snacks. We will absolutely be back

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

This is an amazing place to stay. The room was spacious, so comfortable and very peaceful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, near the river, cathedral island, town hall square and St Elizabeth basilica. The breakfast was a veritable feast. I particularly enjoyed the smoothies, as I have an egg allergy. There was so much variety with high quality products. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed.

Very much enjoyed my stay here. The property was gorgeous and well maintained. Self check in was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend staying here. The onsite laundry was very useful!

This is a great hotel located in an old industrial building that has been beautifully renovated. It's modern, with fantastic design, many great amenities, very helpful staff and located next door to a big shopping mall with numerous restaurants, modern art museum, movie theater and other entertainment options.

Nothing to complain about at all. Got an upgrade to fantastic room. It’s named Hotel Grand for a reason.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end!!! The facility is beautifully up-to-date as well as clean and spacious! Breakfast buffet was amazing and the under ground parking was safe, easy to access and clean!!

This hotel is in perfect location close to everywhere but on quiet street with lots of top class dining options around. Super clean and super comfortable. Service was impeccable. Additionally they offer “pillow menu” where you can order pillow to your liking. Different level of hospitality. I stayed in luxury studio that had bedroom, 1,5 bathrooms and huge living room. Forget big chains and stay here.

The apartment is modern and clean. It is across the river from Wawel Hill, and within walking distance of most of the historic sites in Krakow.

This is our favorite hotel in the world! Each room is decorated differently. Flat screen TV's, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. The restaurant is quiet & spacious. The staff are very courteous & helpful. Everyone speaks English. The best location in Krakow - right on the main square. During the high season, there are wonderful classical concerts in the concert hall on the 2nd floor.

Visiting family in Poznan. This was in a great location, within 5 minute walk of Old Town. Hotel was obviously recently refurbished. Very nicely done. Comfortable room.

One night stay along the way on my travels. Breakfast was an amazing experience with lots of options of healthy and interesting food. Room was nice and quiet, slept very well.
