"Wonderful hotel, we loved our junior suite room with one bedroom, a kitchenette and a large balcony. We were on a busy street and there could be a little noisy sometimes from cars and trams but it didn’t bother us. Convenient transportation close to the hotel, stores and a great park with multiple playgrounds for kids.
Breakfast was good, though some items once gone were never refilled (for instance both days cheese plates were empty and never refilled. When I mentioned it to the staff that said it’s coming, but never actually “came”). "
"Beautiful property can be a little hard to find. The grounds were amazing and the rooms and pool were beautiful. We were a little disappointed because we had been traveling all day and the hotel restaurant while it had vegan options on the menu they didn’t have any meals so we had to go out. Other than that great service and a beautiful place to stay. I’d stay there if we went back to Marrakech "
"Both our room and the public facilities were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The Palais Moulay is conveniently located inside the Medina but only about 1 minute walk to the gate so very easy for transfers, tours etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again."
"Having just completed 2 marathons in the Sahara desert, a little R&R was needed, and this Riad delivered. Our room was spacious and clean (& the shower was EPIC!). We booked a sports massage, which was exceptional, and we had a traditional Moroccan meal. Every single member of staff was warm and friendly, and this beautifully decorated, perfectly located Riad, offered an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of the Medina. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh."
"Aqua mirage is AMAZING! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had somewhat a lot of space. There was so much entertainment there! There was this stage where they had people preforming. There was also this bar that my kids loved, the drink they kept on getting that has no alcohol is called Bollywood. And don’t even get me started on the water park it was amazing me and my kids had so be much fun together."
