Really lovely stay, we had a free upgrade and we were given a large, modern room with a big balcony and nice view. Staff very helpful and friendly, let us check out an hour late. All staff were always happy to help. Beautiful pool area and very handy location too. Only downside was the breakfast included was not the nicest and not a big variety. I’m glad we ate out the rest of the time.

Depuis l'enregistrement le personnel a l'accueil, le personnel de nettoyage, ceux du restaurants, de la piscine sont tous aux petits soins pour nous vraiment un hotel que je recommande en plus d'être proches de tout. C'est vraiment mon hôtels favoris, je reviendrais a chaque fois que je serais a Agadir.

Les chambres sont bien, les 2 piscines sont grandes et bien entretenues beaucoup de transat disponibles. La proximité avec la plage est un réel atout avec un accès direct vers la plage. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

The room was very nice, clean, and excellent location. Breakfast was also great. The only negative was incompetent staff and the checkin which seemed to be an ongoing chatoic affair that takes EXTREMELY long for everyone who checks in

Hotel location is the main reason to stay, the location is the best, right in the middle of everything and the view from the balcony is top good aswell. However everything else is budget hotel, nothing special about this place. Room is basic but not bad for the price. Main issues are that staff seem to just let themselves in your room when they feel like it, everyday, sometimes multiple times staff came in the room without knocking or knocked and opened the door. They take the towels without asking and don’t return them, we had our towels taken everyday, once at 11am and i had to go to reception 3 times to ask and finally got them at 6pm. I would suggest people take atleast 1 small towel with them so they have something to use in the time they take to give more Main let down is this staff shouldn’t just go in your room and lack of towels. should have a lock on the door. Other things that were annoying, the bathroom door sucks, gets stuck everytime so you have to escape by pulling it from the top a few times. Balcony doors stick but they were changing them when i went so hopefully fixing this issue. Pool was freezing and breakfast was mediocre, all plates, cups and cutlery were dirty but breakfast was okay itself. No a/c in the rooms so be prepared. No kettle or anything like that but not a big deal. Other than these things, the place isn’t too bad for a few days. Not really luxury or anything but can’t complain if it’s cheap enough
