"Beautiful resort on the beach with direct beach access. Some of the beach areas are rocky and make accessibility to the water impossible. The higher numbered buildings have unobstructed water access. Rooms were clean. Bed was a bit firm for my liking , but that’s a personal preference. The shuttle service between properties and within the property is available, which is very nice. Specialty restaurants were amazing. We did not have a bad meal. Even the buffet was wonderful for breakfast (not so much for dinner on our first night). You have to make reservations either on the app or at the concierge for the specialty restaurants (which can only be done a day before and could be a bit challenging). Pizza was delicious at the pool bars. Pool bar drinks were fair. Best drinks were definitely in the specialty restaurants . Staff were generally friendly and helpful. A few less than pleasant encounters, however, I feel that may have been more of a language barrier. It would be helpful to have more than 1 person at the concierge desk, especially in the morning. Check-in/checkout desk was understaffed as well creating longer lines. Loved how many water stations were throughout, and the water was fresh and clean. Nice touch providing refillable water bottles! The E-bike snorkeling tour was amazing and a highlight! Very enjoyable! All in all, a fantastic trip. The positives far outweigh the negatives. Aruba is truly beautiful and you can see why it is “One Happy Island”!"
