"We stayed in one of the newer rooms; it was lovely. The bar man was really lovely. One of the ladies on reception spoke really good English and was very helpful. The pool was lovely, so warm! The facilities were great. One rule we did not know was about wearing a swimming hat in the water but the hotel kindly provided us with these. All was very enjoyable and recommend this hotel. "

"We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us. Nice Breakfast and friendly staff. "

"Hotel Roma is a grand old hotel. The thermal pools and spa staff were excellent. The hotel offers full board/half board - did offer choice on daily menus. Shopping near by the hotel. Parking in back. It is a bit dated but part of its 1920's charm. Pillows could be replaced (too flat) and gluten free diet mostly accommodated but an offer of bread/crackers would be appreciated. "

"Per i soldi spesi non si ha privilegio visto che l' entrata alle piscine termali è anche per chi non soggiorna nell' hotel e non vengono rispettate le regole dai giornalieri e non ci si può godere le terme, e mi sembra fuori luogo far pagare una spremuta 7€ a colazione visto che la colazione era compressa nel conto, in giornata lo consiglio ma come hotel 4 stelle no , senza togliere niente al personale dell' hotel che erano gentili"

"Nice older place, well maintained. Bathroom was on the small side. Elisabeth at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was good, with excellent service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. "
