"One thing unique about this property is their staff. All are amazingly courteous and jolly. The pretty Indian lady (Sneha) at the front desk was extremely kind. The property itself is a good place to relax. Quiet location and conveniently located near Seef mall and restaurants. Will definitely be stay here again and will be recommending to fellow travellers."

"Amenities at the property were superb. We had opted for bed and breakfast. The buffet breakfast was standard despite the price tag of 17 Bahraini Dinar per day. The options could be improved and it would be nice if items were changed. We stayed for 7 days and the buffet items were pretty much the same everyday. "

"Property itself was fantastic. The staff was great, facilities were functional, clean and well presented. The room was spacious and nice. Had a good view. The food at the restaurant was amazing! The hotel location was slightly out of the way and away from walkable dining options. Across the highway had more selections, there is also a mall near by that had some options. Starbucks was walking distance tho. Parking is no issue, lots of spaces. In the future I would probably stay elsewhere only...

"There was a lack of room cleaning - once in 9 days, despite us asking for it. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper which were delivered at 12:45 AM and the hotel staff didn't see anything wrong with it. Broken equipment - TV remote (it wasn't replaced) and the electronic "do not disturb", "clean the room" buttons did not work either. There was a strong smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and the hotel staff did not do anything about it either. We asked to be relocated to a...
