"Great hotel. Awesome staff, bar, pool, sauna and overall environment. Elevator seemed a bit shaky as we got stuck in it multiple times and had to press the floor button a couple of times to get it to let us out. The only real complaint was that the pillows were really too soft (I know right) but it was like there was nothing to support my head while sleeping so they were way to soft with no support. Woke up feeling like I had whiplash because of the lack of support. Minor complaint I suppose....

"Sängkläderna kändes gamla och slitna och vissa hål och slitage fanns. Vi hade problem med temperaturen på vårt rum, vilket personalen delvis lyckades lösa. Det hade inte skadat med en mikro och vattenkokare på rummet när restaurangen endast var öppen för frukost. Stort plus för poolen. "

"Leider war das Hallenbad defekt was sehr ärgerlich für mich war, ich wollte hier öffters schwimmen gehen , Frühstück war sehr durchschnittlich, dass einzige was 4 Sterne hatte war das Abendbrot, einen Preisnachlass gab es nicht ,Sehr kleines Waschbecken keine Minibar."
