"My stay at the hotel was okay, but there were a couple of issues.
The breakfast was quite limited, with not many options to choose from. Also, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the hallway or nearby rooms in the morning and at night.
Overall, it was an average experience, but these issues made it less comfortable."

The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities.
