I was very disappointed that despite it being a L'Occitane hotel, the actual L'Occitane shop had no products available during our stay."

This is a hidden gem and a much stay location if you are going to ubud. It was close to downtown a nice walk on a beautiful trail but far enough away to be away from the crowds and traffic.
