"A very nice property at the end of a bumpy single lane track - good size for the 4 of us.
Very good location to get to Conwy, Llandudno, Anglesey and the surrounding areas.
Would definitely consider returning here another time!"

"The food, breakfast and especially the evening meals were excellent (there was 12 of us for 2 nights, every meal was good, particularly the curries).the rooms were basic but very clean.no real ale at the bar just lager and cider"

We were shown to our room, was given a birthday card from the hotel chap which was a nice touch.

"Loved the location, stunning views, river nearby for walking along and for swimming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price I would have expected at least a fan in the room, lighter cover for the bed, available ice (to be fair, we were there on the (unprecedented) hottest day of the year) and cooked breakfast (which was extra cost)."

Ideal location for peace and quiet.
