"Llegamos a Conwy haciendose noche y decidimos paear consultamos en la web y elegimos por ubicacion al estar un poco retirado del centro y en la campiña y por precio.Cuando llegamos nos agrado mucho el lugar y su entirno.... A posterior la Atencion fue muy dedicada y amable ,decidimos quedarnos a cenar en el lugar y ka comida y atencion nuevamente nis agrado mucho,suempre en un ambiente muy cuidado,al despertar nis esperaba un muy buen desayuno para despedida de una muy agradable estancia"

"What a lovely experience. The room was spacious and had room to sit and enjoy a drink. The communal lounge was a beautiful space, with an honesty bar, and we were invited to use the fridge to store our own drinks if required.
There is no meal service outside of breakfast, but the local area has several options. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before, and was freshly cooked.
Staff were friendly and attentive. This was a really enjoyable stopover. "

"He estado alojada otras veces en este simpático castillo. Esta vez tenía que ir a ayudar a mi hijos a instalarse en la universidad de Bangor. Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. "

"Angie and Charly could not have been more welcoming, The position was spectacular overlooking the valley set in a lovely garden, The rooms very tastefully decorated with large proportions.

No breakfast was served, but there are many excellent breakfast spots within a five minute walk. And the room came with ground coffee and a French press coffee maker, plus excellent snacks. The location within the old city walls and adjacent to the sea is perfect. "

"Beautiful, boutique hotel. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. The hotel has been very tastefully decorated with amazing love and attention.
