It is a very nice and quiet Place. Diane is a very lovely host and tried to make your stay as good as possible.

Fantastic overnight stay for birthday. Check in team very friendly and helpful. Room clean and relaxing. Lovely terrace and great view. Evening meal tasty and restaurant team great. Breakfast served by friendly team menu was wholesome. Check out quick, overall Quay staff were excellent. Look forward to staying again as didnt try spa this time

It was a perfect stay. It is very charming with a warm and helpful staff. Conveniently located to all local attractions. The only caution is there are only 3 parking spaces…first come first serve. You have to drive up the hill through the town wall and make a left up another hill. The parking is 24 hours at 8.5 pounds.

Really enjoyed our room in the Castle View. Dining was a bit too formal for our tastes.

The room was clean and the restaurant was very convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful. My husband missed the last food call one evening and the chef made him a sandwich so he had something to eat. They went above and beyond.

Conwy is beautiful & the Castle Hotel is a great hotel. Very comfortable room and quite place to spend the night. The adjacent restaurant is lovely.

Lovely room and facility. Shower was very small and on our visit the lift was out of commission.

Andrew was an excellent host and the room was lovely. Highly recommend.
