"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view! 3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to...

"This hotel was really nice breakfast was a variety and they kept everything replenished and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean the only problem we had was I only gave overall stay less then excellent because THE AC WAS NOT CLEAN AND SMELLED LIKE MILDEW WHICH CAUSED ME TO GET SICK THOSE NEED CLEANED!!!"

"Very comfortable bed, nice place, very well situated and the room was amazing! I really love this hotel, If I never have to be near from the University or near from Morgantown (that's why I stayed in that hotel) I will choose again Suburban Extended Stay!!"

"It is a nice place to stay. The Saturday morning breakfast buffet the came with our room was wonderful, everything tasted homemade. We stayed in the hotel part of the Casselman. The staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "

"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."
