The onsen bath was private, which was nice, but there were only 2 of them, so I would imagine there might occasionally be a wait for that too. 5 minute walk from the bay where you could watch the ships and see the fishermen packing that morning’s catch."

"This is a guest house with shared toilette and showers. Structure is old but all was clean. You must check in at the next fishing delivery shop where you will meet the guest. If you drive, you can park behind the house air a fare of 1000 yen per night. "

The Shimoda beach was in walking distance . Also so many beautiful beach places are near from this place . We enjoyed our two days vacation there . "

Our hosts took care of everything we needed and were extremely helpful with helping us navigate through town. They even let us know that there were going to be fireworks at the beach! They gave us a map on how to get there and which route to take for the best shops as well as the best spot to camp at for the fireworks.
