"We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel de France. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from the train station and in the city centre. You have plenty of bakeries and shops around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We actually slept like babies as the bedding was so comfortable! "Very nice modern hotel. We had a great nights sleep. The room was extremely quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is no restaurant on site for dinner but there are several restaurants 500 metres away. Good location close to the motorway. Good WiFi, parking and air conditioning. Staff were friendly and polite. Good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a large chateau. The owner has been restoring the property for over 10 years but it is still work in progress. He is an excellent cook and the in house dinners are a good choice. The breakfast was good. The bedroom was large, clean and very 19th century French. Lovely polished wood floors. Large grounds around the hotel. Free parking."
