"No se me respeto mi Reserva ,NO me hospede.
Al llegar a Parras me reporté vía telefónica al hotel comunicando que había llegado pero que me tardaría en realizar mi “ check in “
Me respondió que No había problema que me esperaba. Al llegar al Ni si quiera me permitieron acceder al hotel, una empleada me dijo que estaba lleno y cancelaron mi Reserva."
