"The hotel was centrally located to restaurants , stores and the interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and the free breakfast the hotel offered had a very good selection"

"Arrived at the hotel around 6 and was informed our room was not clean and we would have to wait. We waited an hour. The lady at the desk was not friendly. We had to call the front desk at 11 because the room we were in had lights in the celeing which we compared to a strobe light and very blinding to the eyes while trying to sleep. It took 3 attempts to get someone in the room and had to place cardboard and tape over the lights."

"Loved my stay at Quality Inn.I got a great price on the room and was very happy with it.The bed was very comfortable,the room was very clean and smelled so nice! The bathroom was so spacious.Ive spent a lot more money on rooms that weren't bad nice as this one.The hotel is very convenient to stores and restaurants and right off the main highway. "

"The Inn at Four Eleven York and its staff can be described as gemstones. The exquisitely renovated old home is a cultured pearl found in this lovely area of Norfolk. Our stay was quiet and very comfortable and our beautifully decorated room and immaculate bathroom were phenomenal, with a well curated assortment of drinks and snacks and luxurious bath items for our enjoyment. The courteous and capable women who attended to our every need, Hilary and Jasmine, are a matching set of diamonds....
