Estuve 4 días y housekipping no fue hasta la noche antes de irme . Las sábanas manchadas o viejas . Lo demás del hotel estuvo muy bien .

Overall the stay at Aloft was amazing. Some very minor issues that I brought up to the front desk staff, and they were immediately taken care of. Very modern and great looking hotel.

I can’t speak highly enough about our amazing new friend Kierra! She was working the desk during our stay and took care of all our needs! She was absolutely the best and made our stay easy and carefree! The food was great, especially those pizzas! Whoever was back there cooking them deserves some praise and a raise! We will definitely be returning to this property!

2/10 Mediocre

I was next to a room with 3 children. They looked between 5 and 8. Thrse kids screamed, jumped and made a racket from 8pm until past 1am. Despite Staff, myself and call from corporate, they ruined several people's stay. Needing to be on the road by 5, it cost me 200.00 to get 3 hours of sleep. I was offered 5,000 points for my inconvenience. Funny part, I have a service dog and gave a list of requirements and rules to follow. Maybe time for parents to do the same

I was in a disability room because that is all they had at check in and the hotel was completely sold out. The room had wallpaper peeling, cracks in the ceiling and I had to kill two bugs in the bathroom (roaches). When I walked in the hotel the staff (1 person) was very dry with me and I felt unwelcomed. The rug at the entrance was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. i travel all of the time and stay at Aloft hotels most times and this was the worse I have ever witnessed.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The covering of the hallway lights was odd, construction maybe? The hall was dark. I liked that I could have ☕️ throughout the day 😊!!Smooth check in/out. Location was far from the main road with no restaurants nearby. I would still recommend!

Hotel clean, staff very Nice and helpful, enjoyed that they had order to go breakfast, bar, ice bags in machine ready to go. Nice gym. Good location near shopping, restaurants and highway. Rooms comfortable. Negative- elevator- only One working and it was extremely slow. Pool room not Ventilated well and with heat - the chlorine smell was overpowering.

Check in might have been the most painless one I've ever experienced! The lobby looks cool. Think elevated speak easy. The room was spotless and modern. I loved the size of the shower! I'm local - just needed to be closer to the airport than home so my 2am wake up for the airport wasn't as painful. Come to find out...staying here was one of the better decisions I've made in a long time.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. The only things I can think were an issue were the “whisper quiet” A/C was loud and the sliding door to the shower / toilet area didn’t shut all the way. Other than those it was a very nice stay.

Comfortable updated hotel. The only negative is food choices are really bad. You will want to order delivery.
