"The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. "To begin, we booked a stay at the Comfort Inn and the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and we were never informed. Room did not have glasses, coffee maker, ice bucket. Literally a bed and towels. Luckily we didn't plan on doing laundry as laundry was out of order. In general, the hotel is subpar and that was not the review the Comfort Inn had received when we booked it."

"Great hotel, clean, great amenities. On checkin I had a problem with hotels dot com. The receptionist was absolutely great. She spent a lot of time on the phone with hotels dot com customer service until the issue was resolved. Beds are very comfortable."
