Kasbah a 10min walk away beside the beach and Atlantic Ocean, Chella about a 40min walk but it’s straight walk on the avenue Mohammed and on the way you can go soak up the atmosphere of the medina, markets, Modern Art Museum and Royak Palace and the Hassan II park! Hassan Tower also about a 20min walk away so everything of note is within walking distance! Hosts were fantastic aswell, very welcoming and room was cosy also and nice to just...

"We booked a week in this riad as it is in a strategic location for exploring the Kasbah and for pleasant walk by the seaside and the main town attractions. The location is within the medina and the place is quiet and cosy. The front of house team was helpful and courteous: Moustafa, George, Rashid, Sharon all helped in different ways making us feeling welcomed and arranging private taxi and dinners in flexible way as we asked. They were brilliant! "

Thank you Salma. I like staying in Agdal for quick access to the Agdal train station for the fast train to Tangier. Rabat is one of my favourite cities in Morocco. Will definitely stay at Gardenia hotel again and would recommend it to others. "

"Less than 10 minute walk from Rabat Villa train station. About 30 minute walk to the Chellah and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Next to the Modern Art Museum. Buffet breakfast is nice but they don’t refill so be there early. Facilities are good enough."

"Madame was ever helpful and full of advice. She arranged transfer to and from airport. Breakfast was fantastic. My room Barberrousse had a spectacular sea view. I felt happy and content to stay at the Riad, enjoy the terrace to read a book and drink the del la menthe. But I did visit the nearby Andalusian Garden, Adournment Museum and Souk. The beach seemed a bit too far for me but no regrets. Read a book cover to cover in 2 days. And left it for a next traveller."

"Me and my girlfriend visited during Ramadan, in hindsight a questionable choice since we are not Muslim. However we recieved an warm welcome nonetheless. We were treated amazingly the whole 5-day stay, got awesome recommendations for day trips. And had a sweet dining experience with the personel. Absolute 10/10 will be back!!!"
