"I’m not sure how long this place has been opened, but I stayed in one of the handicap accessible rooms for my husband and the blinds could not be put down because they were not hooked up to the battery control remote yet. The next morning when I got up to take a shower, the water pressure was so low the shower head wouldn’t even come on. "The stay at the hotel was pretty good. Ketana (I can't remember her name) and Katrina were amazing! We did have an issue with the pull out sofa, but it was quickly addressed and the sleeper mattress was changed. The pool was out of order at the time, but everything else open and available. The property sits in a nice pocket and the night stay was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The ladies that checked us in were AMAZING!!!"
