All staff and accommodations were excellent, including guest services like the pool, laundry, and exercise facility. Breakfast was great. I really love Home to suites because of the living kitchen and seating areas. I was there for a week and didn’t feel claustrophobic like a regular hotel can sometimes feel.

Home 2 had a friendly, helpful staff. We shared a few laughs. The building is new, so everything is in good shape. We really liked the room. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for four of us. It has a real refrigerator/freezer, a range top, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, and glass glasses. The breakfast was better than expected too, with good and unique options. Watch closely on the way in because it's easy to miss the driveway.

The staff was helpful and kind, the room, refrigerator didnt work and the finish contractor did a terrible job. craftsmanship and cleanup was not great grout dryed on the floor and on the wall paper makes the room look dirty. back door handle was broken and hanging off right next to our room #132. they asked if we wanted to move but we had already got settled in and it was for one night. everything else was good. I think someone needs to go room by room and check the detail of the builder. As a business owner in the

I live around the corner and set my family, who visits often, up there. The amenities are great and it's basically an extension to our home. They like staying there and that matters a ton. The staff are lovely people and we just love this hotel and it's just one more reason why we use the Hilton network when we travel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There aren’t enough stars to rate the incredible team at Home2 Suites by Hilton Tyler. We came to Tyler unexpectedly because a close family member was hospitalized, and what could have been one of the hardest weeks of our lives was made so much easier because of the whole staff! Their kindness wasn’t just great customer service—it was genuine compassion. They welcomed us with warmth, checked on us, offered encouraging words, and treated us like family when we needed it most. In a world where people often forget how much a simple act of kindness can mean, these three women reminded us that it can make all the difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed, but it’s the people who make this place extraordinary. thank you for your caring hearts and for being a bright light during such a difficult time. We will never forget your kindness, and because of you, Home2 Suites Tyler will always hold a special place in our hearts. If you’re looking for a hotel where people truly care, this is it.

No Hot Water. If you got lucky it might be warm at times. A few times it stayed cold. AC could never lower the temperature. No ice buckets at all in hotel. No street signs where to turn to main drive to hotel. Breakfast area needs immediate help to deal with garbage and trash pickups. Coffee wasn’t ready until after 30 min after breakfast started.

I paid then when h checked the next day they charged me twice. One has went through the other the funds are just setting there in pending purchases. No one at the property could help and said it should fall off in 48 hours it has been 6 days and no one at the property will answer
