"Staff was amazing. This is a budget hotel, as simple as it comes.The room was just OK, nothing to write about. Like many hotels in Switzerland it has no AC so sleeping was impossible. The room was extremely hot - in June no less. There is no elevator so you must travel light as the floors are pretty high and the stairs rival a full day mountain hike. This hotel is a SELF CHECK-IN hotel which was not mentioned on the third party agency we used to book it with. We were a bit surprised to get...

"Wow a hotel run by two sisters whose father began hotel in early 70s and are incredibly gracious and motivated to keep this hotel functionally in excellent way. its rooms are large and comfortable and well maintained. the breakfast was awesome and included. the thermal Bath we're walking distance"

"Easy walk from the mainline station. Comfortable room with good sized bathroom. As the weather was quite hot and the room warm owing to a lack of air con, it wasn’t that easy to sleep. But seating area and 2 TVs were a pleasant addition. Well placed to walk into main square where there ate lots of cafes and restaurants."

"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"Die Rezeptionsdame war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das check-in ging sehr schnell und wir haben da auch unsere Gästekarten bekommen. Wir konnten hinter dem Haus gratis parkieren. In der Tiefgarage war es kostenpflichtig. Wir waren zu einem Zeitpunkt da, als das Restaurant leider geschlossen hatten und konnten diese leider nicht probieren. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wir hatten ein Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war kurz und einfach. Uns hat es sehr gefallen."
