"The elevator floors were dirty, there was a strong marijuana smoke scent upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor. I called the front desk to request fresh towels in the morning, but was told I needed to come down and pick them up. Hand soap container in the room was nearly empty when we arrived, small couch in the room was splattered with dirt. Slow drain the restroom sink. Staff at the breakfast area was courteous."
