"The staffs at this location were all helpful and friendly, we were immediately assisted during check-in, and when we have to ship bags to our next hotel. The location is fantastic as it is right outside the Kawasaki JR station, and lots of places nearby to eat and shop. Will definitely choose this location again."

"Overall the property is an average business hotel experience (from what I've heard, as this is the first I've stayed in). The hotel is good for solo/duo traveling especially as the rooms are not big (normal for Tokyo) but the staff were exceptionally helpful. One of the staff spoke perfect English however the staff that didn't really helped stuck themselves out there to help us when needed (i.e. getting a larger taxi for luggage to go to the airport).
