The rooms have all been remodeled and are very nice. The one negative is the layout for accessibility in ADA room. There needs to be equal space on both sides of the bed. It was a very tight squeeze for a wheelchair user on the right side of the bed. Sometimes the disabled person doesn’t have a choice on which side of the bed they need to use. A tight space makes it impossible for a caregiver to render aide as needed.

I like how I was greeted and recognized with a good attitude and noticed how every employee greeted us every time we walked passed them. Pool and fitness is 24hours definitely a plus for the kids & I. Breakfast was very delicious, area was very clean and neat. The breakfast attendant greeted my family , felt very welcome . Nice, very new best western, convenient to colleges and convention center, very nice staff, free parking, free wifi (not the best but ok as far as hotel wifi goes), free breakfast with fruit, eggs, waffles, yogurt (chobani/Zoi). Rooms very clean and new. Only complaint was that I could hear the music from the hallway in our room, even kept me up for a bit after getting up at night to go to the bathroom! Otherwise great hotel!
