"There was no one at reception upon arrival and during our entire stay. There was a WhatsApp phone number on the reception desk that guests need to call so they can be told which is their room number. It would have been nice to have received a message informing us of this. In addition, the property operator did not response to my email message. Rooms are basic and clean. Nothing more to add. "
