"staff was unkind and incredibly pushy. i paid for a late checkout at noon and received a phone call to my room and two knocks on the door before 11:15am. the men at the door were incredibly unkind and told my girlfriend that she needed to provide cash for late checkout (which she didn’t have) immediately or go downstairs with him which she was not comfortable with that and refused. they then knocked again and were told through the door once again we will be checking out late as we paid extra to...
