"Siamo stati una notte, per trascorrere un week end, siamo stati benissimo si trova vicino montepulciano e Castiglione del lago, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, i proprietari gentilissimi, struttura pulita e comoda a un prezzo molto accessibile abbiamo trovato anche un parcheggio e una buona colazione con dolci fatti in casa, consiglio vivamente la struttura!"

"First, The owners were very sweet and the family greeted us upon arrival. They were very helpful so our 2 rooms could be close to each other. Second, the view from room 12 was beautiful. Overlooking the valley. Third, or maybe 2nd depending on the time of year, this place had a CEILING FAN! Only place I've stayed at in the last 6 weeks with a fan. The beds were not the comfiest (a bit too firm), but slept fine. The place was squeaky clean. Showers were a bit small for my husband but it was fine...

Dinner starts at 20:00 Room needs refurbishing, but excellent water pressure in shower. No English Breakfast as advertised, but good buffet breakfast included. Counted 15 different cakes..... Nice restaurant 100m up the road, but closed on Mondays ☹ Most restaurants close on Mondays….. Only 10-15 min drive to Montepuliciano where...

"This is an outstanding location, very clean, staff extremely nice, helpful and friendly. You really get to calm down here. When you have a car it is perfectly located for trips to Montepulciano, Lago Trasimeno etc. The rooms are so well equipped and decorated, you'll find everything you need. Don't miss out to done in their restaurant, absolutely delicious food and service. For me it's one of the best hotels I have stayed at so far. I will come back for sure. Thank you so much for these...
