"The receptionist at check-in was terrible. I said hi three times and she never responded. She didn’t smile or seem friendly at all. While my friend was filling out the check-in paperwork, I said that I wanted to check in as well, and she replied, “I’m doing one right now,” in a very rude tone. Those were the first words she said to me. I do have to say that the property manager was very nice. He made the fire for us, was helpful, and treated us kindly throughout our stay.
