"We were warmly welcomed and allowed to check in early. The room was very clean and neat though the thermostat was set at 68 when we arrived. The free breakfast was great as there were numerous choices of food, that were all tasteful, and beverages Free 24/7 coffee and hydrated water was available during our stay. We were even given free blueberries by the check in desk. Checking out was as simple as dropping off our keys. It was a very good stay that was mere minutes away from St Joes and...

"We stay here atleast 3 times a year for a mini family vacation. Always amazing staff , great location for places we want to go. Very clean, and comfy and quiet. They are remodeling outside and you can barely tell. No mess not real loud and very ni e workman."

"The hotel and the room were very clean. There was plenty of parking. We did not use the pool, but there’s an indoor and outdoor pool that are connected that seemed very interesting. The breakfast had several hot and cold options. The front desk, staff smiled to ask every time we came in."

"I do not recommend staying here. Majority of the hotel has living residents. Place smells bad, they haven’t vacuumed or cleaned the carpets. People faded on drugs outside and in the hallways. Feel bad for the guy behind the counter residents yelling at him. He was very kind and helpful. The first room we got smelled so heavily of cigarettes we had him move us to another room. While in the new room, the television did not work. He came up and got it working. I would avoid this place."

"We went for a weekend to be around St. Joe’s we stayed outside of downtown St. Joe’s at this location. Inside was very nice, not too many options outside of hotel for food other than fast food but very easy drive to beach and to stay around in area. All staff was very friendly!"

"We liked everything about this property. We will be telling others about Candlewood Suites. We will be staying again in the future. I really loved the cuboards and the fact that they were stocked with plates, cereal bowls, salad bowls etc. Drawers had silverware for for 2 people plus can opener etc. Stove refrigerator microwave. This is top notch. Staff was so polite and enjoyable too. We came down from Cheboygan MI for a funeral this made our trip worth it. Thank you."
