"My one night was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. Bed comfy. Enjoyed the blacked out blinds. My one issue was the bathroom door, you had to use some force to open it. Needs to be trimmed from the bottom about a 1/4 inch. Switch "

"The rooms were clean but some rooms are located in areas where you can hear the outside noise. The breakfast doesn’t have as much options and it’s quite pricey. "

"We got the Teddy Roosevelt Suite a few days ago. Hotel is in a great location. Very beautiful hotel. My only real issue is that when we checked into our room and went into it there was a room service tray from previous guest sitting outside our door with leftover food and drinks on it. When we went to checkout, it was still sitting outside our door. We didn't have a robe in the bathroom but there was a tag stating that if you like it you can buy one. I called front desk immediately to ensure I wouldn't be charged for such. Would of liked to see if it was worth buying but oh well. The room was a little musty but once you turn on the big portable ac units they have (which is a bit of an eye sore) it was better and with being an old historical hotel it's understandable. Went to the famous bar they have and it was wonderful and staff was great. I accidentally left or dropped my credit card and realized when we got to the Tower of America. Called the bar and they said they had it and they did hold it for me until we made it back. "

"Our family had been planning a birthday get-away for my wife for several weeks prior to our visit. Sadly, the three nights we stayed at this hotel were the worst in the last 15 years visiting the city. On our first day, my daughter was bitten by a TICK that was hidden under the bed blankets and had to take her to the ER because she was running a 101 degree FEVER!! Secondly, Hotels.com did not mention that this Hampton Inn was undergoing renovations across the exterior walls, and this would prohibit guest parking, eliminating around 25 parking slots. Every night, after returning to the hotel from our activities, we had to park on the public street across the hotel. On our second night, because of the lack of parking spaces, Hampton Inn, was asking the guest to park inside the precises, disregarding and breaking city and state ordinances, right alongside the RED Emergency painted curve, which is for the Fire Department in case of an emergency. Hampton Inn placed ALL the guest in extreme danger if an unfortunate event would have occurred. Video and Pictures were taken of this occurrence. On our third, and last night, Thank God, the hotel opened up some 5 parking spaces, but still was not enough for the close to 15 cars that were still parking across the street. I would say, that over all, aside from my daughters TICK bite, the third night was the worst. By the following morning we found out that 7 cars were broken into. Leaving glass everywhere. LAST TIME WE STAY HERE!"

"The pool and hot tub was not clean we were looking forward for the hot tub but because it wasn’t clean enough didn’t end up using it also the timing of closure at 10 pm could be extended further "

"My stay was horrible and I never been through this before. The manager forced us to pay before we arrived and charged my car convinced us to reserve that way. Then we arrived to a dirty room. We were moved to a room that the window was open all night and we didn’t know until the next day and my son was playing by it about to fall out. We went to Seaworld for about 9 hours and requested housekeeping but came back to the room just the way we left it and no housekeeping came at all. We had to make our own trash bags and go get our own towels because the dirty towels were still in the room. This was unacceptable and the manager told me she would give me points for a free stay with a Windham hotel but I’m still waiting. "
