"The location of the hotel is right next to the river, a lovely spot to relax. It's not far by car to the Krossbanen (closed for 2024), the Gaustabanen, and the Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum. Staff are friendly and helpful.
There are not too many dinner options nearby, but there are some, although youll likely need a car.
Breakfast was average. "

"The room was so clean (staff even folded our pajamas) and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the bread. The pool was amazing, and especially the whirlpool. We took the lift up to Gaustatoppen (599 tur/retur) and that was excellent. Really loved it up there. We watched Norway beat the Ivory Coast so it was really the perfect time. The area is also nice walking around in, and there's a little shop 1 min walking distance. We would definitely go back."
