"The hotel is as advertised, as in, it is primarily intended for folks enjoying the festivities downstairs. It was clean, the staff were ridiculously friendly and helpful and the location was close to everything I wanted to do or get to while I was in town. If you’re attending a show at the White Eagle Saloon and you don’t mind a steepish stair climb to your room, I’d recommend checking out these lodgings."

Credit to expedia for doing something they rarely do...refunding me themselves after calling the staff who are truly nasty people. Expedia apparently agreed and is currently looking into their future on expedia. This place should be shut down. Roaches druggies noise in the ghetto and the entire staff openly does drugs while working. Id sooner hide in my car. I...

Bed and linens were comfy, quick access to public transport, easy walking to shops and restaurants. Remarkably quiet, and hotel provides both earplugs and a bedside sound machine for light sleepers. Super helpful front desk staff, too! 10/10 will stay here next time I’m in town"
