There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."

"I chose this hotel based on its price and, although it's quite a long way from the city centre (but easily reachable via public transport), I was delighted with my choice. It is located in a charming, quiet, leafy area called Karlshorst and my large room was calm, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It represents excellent value for money the staff are helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended."
