"The price is worth every dime. The location in old city is close to all the museums, fun restaurants and a great quite neighborhood. Very charming outdoor space, beautiful bar and restaurant. Hotel staff beyond help full with things to do, restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was spacious, super comfortable and the bath was large and very spa like with the double rain shower/ hand held, tile, mirror lighting (a huge plus) and super large freestanding soaking tub."

"Nice hotel, staff very helpful. It is in a quiet part of Amsterdam and it takes about 10 minutes on the bus from the train station. The food was good in their restaurant and we had a lovely view. Breakfast was ok. They also decorated our room due to it being a mini moon. Overall good stay."

"The property is centrally located and staff were very helpful. However, the room we were given did not resemble the photo at all. We had 8-10 stairs to drag our suitcases up, the towels were thread bare and they charged us for a 2nd towel, and the room was poorly lit with no soap or tissue. "

"Stayed at the Botel many times before, but this was the first time in one of the Letters (‘E’). Room had a boutique style and feel to it, and the cinema screen and projector, along with the lounge on its first floor really enhanced our trip. Will definitely stay in it again!"
