"Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais le café de la machine est vraiment mauvais, il faudrait changer de fournisseur."

"O hotel é bem estranho, na verdade. São várias portas de acesso e não há indicação de quais te levam para os quartos (há vários tipos, alguns com saída direto para a rua ou para um pátio interno do prédio) e para a recepção. Tivemos que sair procurando, pois a recepção ficava no primeiro andar, uma sala apertadinha e bagunçada. Lá, nos informaram o valor da diária para estacionamento (que fica na rua, em vagas públicas reservadas para o hotel) - apesar de em lugar algum da reserva constar que...
