The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, exceeded all expectations. Excellent free parking, really nice friendly staff, & lovely modern well maintained decor. Our standard room was really spacious with comfy seating & a lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake was the food. We ate in the restaurant & had the rump steak with salad & chips. The salad came out 1st & was sublime…..who knew a salad could be so good. The steak was equally excellent. "Wow, if you have the chance please visit this spa hotel. Private sauna in my room! Sean the spa manager was above and beyond friendly and the two front desk ladies were absolutely lovely. The 5 course meal was delicious and very well priced. I hope to return again! "

"This was a great deal, actual parking lot, breakfast was better than the major chains and was included!! Nice staff, all try to speak English which I appreciate. Very walkable to city centre. Close enough to the train station aswell to get around. Would recommend "

"Guten Tag, ich habe vor Wochen ein Zimmer im Dorf gebucht. Als ich gegen 23:00 Uhr am Hotel ankam, habe ich mehrfach geklingelt und angerufen – leider vergeblich. Jedes Mal landete ich auf derselben Mailbox, auf der ich auch Nachrichten hinterlassen habe. Doch niemand hat mich hereingelassen. Bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Hotel übernachten zu müssen, ist absolut unzumutbar. Daher habe ich kurzerhand ein anderes Hotel gebucht und werde in Zukunft nicht mehr in eurem Haus nächtigen. "
