"The hotel looks amazing. Customer service needs a little bit of work on. I had a few questions in the morning. Person seem to be preoccupied on something else rather than show me, but I needed to do. I needed to print a paper and he was less than helpful, but I guess that’s on me for not knowing anything about computers"

"The hotel was very nice. I have back problems and the bed was the best. It was quiet. I stayed two nights and never really heard any other guests. All the employees were friendly and professional. Room was clean and felt "newer" than some of the other places I've stayed. "
"Just absolutely amazing. I am in the travel industry and was over joyed about just about everything at this property. We traveled there in early October, it was busy but didn’t feel over-run. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. No reason, at all, to leave property for meals - we did visit 2 restaurants that the Omni concierge even recommended and were not as happy with the food/service as we were at the hotel. Overall one of our best vacations - will for sure be back! "
