"Apathetic front desk staff on check in. Connected parking was sold out so given vague directions to a parking ramp a few blocks away. Main hallway to room had very worn carpet, smelled badly and was poorly taken care of. The room itself was nice and breakfast was good. "

"Room was clean, but had a very musty smell to it as did the entire hotel. We came in one night after a very long day and there was an entire beverage spilled on the elevator floor. No efforts were made to clean it except a “wet floor” sign. The next morning we get packed up for another long day only to find the elevator was STILL wet and sticky. "
